Cold cured foam is a type of polyurethane foam, and HR stands for high resilience. In fact, cold cure is a process that we use to get the foam molding, after chemical mixed liquid are injected into a mold. The mixed liquid will expand in the mold and gradually become rigid. With this cold cured process, the foam cells are more closed and compact, which results in a high density, good resilience and durable molded foam. The density of cold cured foam is up to 65kg/m³, compare to conventional block foam 25-40 kg/m³.
